1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vc9999 website at vc9999.app, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the vc9999 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on vc9999. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

vc9999 employs age and identity verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making withdrawals. vc9999 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to account activity that requires clarification.

If vc9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria at any time, the account may be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings generated during a period in which eligibility criteria were not met may be voided at vc9999's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Account Security

To access the full range of vc9999 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to vc9999 during registration and at any subsequent update remains accurate and up to date. vc9999 will rely on the information you provide when processing transactions, verifying identity, and communicating with you. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vc9999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vc9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vc9999 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

vc9999 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to their registered Bangladesh mobile number. This provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one vc9999 account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally to circumvent promotional restrictions or inadvertently through a second registration, will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts will be merged into the original account or voided, at vc9999's sole discretion. Any bonuses obtained through duplicate account activity will be forfeited in full.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vc9999 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on vc9999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). vc9999 does not currently support accounts denominated in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is neither offered nor applied by vc9999.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to different minimum thresholds as displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your vc9999 gaming wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. vc9999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vc9999 accepts no responsibility.

vc9999 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from a payment source not matching the account holder's verified identity, vc9999 reserves the right to hold, reverse, or void the deposit and any associated winnings pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the account holder must have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are reviewed and typically dispatched during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. vc9999 does not guarantee specific processing times but endeavours to handle withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible.

vc9999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks may include requesting supporting documentation relating to the source of funds or the payment method used. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if an account is under investigation for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Errors and Chargebacks

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to a player's account, vc9999 reserves the right to correct the error and reverse any transactions made as a result. Players must not knowingly exploit any such error. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a vc9999 deposit, other than in cases of demonstrably fraudulent use of your payment method, is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and recovery of any funds paid out during the disputed period.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vc9999 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the promotion detail page before any offer is activated.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits as stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account must be used in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• vc9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including in cases where vc9999 reasonably believes a promotion is being abused.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on vc9999, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Cheating and exploitation: Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by vc9999.
• Money laundering: Using the vc9999 platform to launder money or process funds derived from any unlawful activity. vc9999 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Match fixing: Any involvement in the manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through vc9999. vc9999 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in relation to match-fixing investigations.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at vc9999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access vc9999 systems, databases, or other player accounts without authorisation, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information to vc9999 at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.

vc9999 reserves the right to investigate any activity that it suspects may violate these obligations. During any investigation, vc9999 may suspend an account, place a hold on withdrawals, and retain relevant records. The outcome of such an investigation may include permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure at Player's Request

You may request the closure of your vc9999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, vc9999 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 12 months through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Permanently self-excluded players may not re-register on vc9999. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly, and vc9999 will take reasonable steps to ensure excluded players are not marketed to during the exclusion period. 7.3 Closure by vc9999

vc9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or match fixing.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormancy rules.
• Any activity that vc9999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or sporting event.

Where an account is closed by vc9999 due to a breach of these Terms, vc9999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, subject to the findings of any investigation and applicable legal requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

vc9999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While vc9999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, continuously, and free from errors, vc9999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vc9999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the vc9999 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond vc9999's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the vc9999 platform, including odds, game results, or promotional content.
• Any actions taken by third-party game providers or payment processors outside of vc9999's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude vc9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
